Steel core, copper plated projectile with a tinted coating for identification.
It has a higher velocity and a lighter recoil than standard 149 grain ball.
The projectile is very similar to the 7.62×39 German M43 with the exception that is has a flat base instead of a boat tail.
This ammunition is often used for training because of it’s lighter recoil.
