Federal law states you must be 21 years of age or older to buy ammunition. By completing a purchase you acknowledge you are following all federal, state, local and applicable laws regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition.
 You are responsible for knowing and understanding your own state and local laws to make sure it is legal for ammunition to be shipped to your address. If your state of residence requires a separate state issued license to purchase ammunition, then please provide a copy of the state issued license to orders@polygunbag.com.
 You are 100% responsible for how the product you purchased from Bonaduce Incorporated / polygunbag.com is used by you and by anyone else who uses the product that you ordered. By using polygunbag.com and by ordering from us, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Bonaduce Incorporated / polygunbag.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any liability, prosecution, and/or damages arising from or related to the products you purchased.
Shipping:
 All orders are shipped via UPS ground (1-5 days eta). We cannot accept returns, no refunds. Any claims of damaged goods must be made with us and UPS immediately to ensure your claim is handled properly. 
Ammunition cannot be shipped to the following states: AK, CA, MA, DC, HI, NY.
Ammunition will not be shipped to a PO Box.
Privacy:
Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account if you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
 When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
We accept payments through Authorize.net. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Authorize.net, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
